All of my office fleet and personal cars only get worked on by this shop. NEVER have they done anything that left me disappointed. And I expect the best. Side note: The negative reviews appear to be many years old. This shop has new local owners and is ran very well. Thank you for the work that has been done on our new office car. Very much appreciated.
As a woman, it is hard for me to want to work with a car shop. Not only has this shop impressed me with great customer service, but the staff was knowledgeable and treated me like a knowledgeable customer. Everything was explained and I felt like they took their time to answer my questions and treat me right. I am not a sexist, but I know many of my lady friends get anxiety when approaching an automotive shop. No worries here. They will treat you right. Thank you! 🫶
Customer service, with a smile. I, personally, have had this shop work on a couple of cars of mine. One car has been fixed twice by this shop (two separate accidents). Ethical, thorough, and quality work. I would have zero hesitation referring family and friends, so I have zero hesitation referring you. Give them a call. Feel them out. Locally owned and operated. A+.
I was rear-ended and needed a new bumper. After getting the claim number from the other driver's insurance, Madras Body Paint and Glass took care of all the rest of the insurance communications. They did a good job on the bumper but the part that went above and beyond was the great job they did of detailing my car inside and out! I was not expecting that!
Took my son's GTI to them for body work/ bumper replacement. Not only did they do a great job they worked with us on how to cut down on our deductible. Here is the rave though, the check engine light is taken care of and that wasn't even part of their job. Great job!! Highly recommend.
