As a beneficiary, they refused, delayed supplying supporting documents, when pointed out not everything that was asked for was supplied when questioning required documentation I was bullied into signing settlement even though you could plainly see theft on the estate. Legal documents seem to have gone missing

Terrible service plain and simple. No movement, zero communication and the lawyer always had to ask other lawyers what they thought and never corresponded to me there conversation or gave insight. After six months crickets ... And then i get an email with an invoice. Plus they calculated the invoice wrong!
No solutions, just kept the money train going with promises of great results.
Sadly, I have to echo many others - finally had to "pull the plug" and go at it alone after zero forward movement over several years. I thought I "had the best" in my corner and was (hopefully) a pretty flexible client that complied things for efficiency, but these efforts were of no use. There were large gaps in their understanding of the matter(s) which were clarified several times and incurred additional costs.
