Great facility with wonderful staff. I am so grateful to be affiliated with this organization. Unfortunately there are not a lot of quality rehab / skilled nursing facilities out there these days. I am so very blessed to be at a 5 star quality, award winning facility.

Should be zero stars. The nursing ratio is non existent, my family member was injured within the first 24 hours of being there and it took 2 hours for them to take her back to the hospital ACROSS THE STREET, they didn’t call any of us and I had to find out from her

They lost all my clothes, I moved here from out of state and only had a few clothing items in a suitcase. The laundry lost them, I only have a top and one pair of leggings left. Some were gifts, some are irreplaceable. The clothes were taken by an employee in a bag with my name on them. I kept asking for them for 4 days. Finally, they just told me my clothes are lost. I have nothing clean to wear and will be going home tomorrow. Awful!!!

I am here now and am always hungry. I am not overweight. I was told to buy outside food. I often go to bed in pain and hungry. i am being denied meds that I received in California and Texas. A nurse rudely told me that I am not in California anymore. Are patients in Texas and California treated better than those in Florida? I am going to ask Medicare when I file my complaint.
