I went here one time and I needed my records sent to my OB/GYN in Greece. They charged me $6.50 to electronically send my records. The print is in such fine lettering no one would ever be able to read it. I would never go here again
I am so glad I found Madoona OBGYN. The medical care is superb, and everyone on staff is friendly and compassionate.
I recently received services at Madonna Ob-Gyn for the first time and despite having to have major surgery, I had an excellent experience at their office off Winton road. I was treated with respect and kindness by all the staff. I’ve been seeing Dr Tomani a lot lately and she’s the best ; always willing to explain stuff to me and I don’t feel “ rushed”. She always comes into the room smiling and cares about her patients. Staff is pleasant and easy to work with. 5 stars!
Own up to mistakes! I complained about two botched appointments (for which they got paid anyway by insurance) and they dropped me from the practice without even answering, while continuing to send me the bill.
I didnt have an OBGYN and called for an appointment. They got me in the next day. My previous OBGYN was very judgemental so I stopped going. I find the NP kind patient and ready to explain and answer question and concerns in layman terms. The ultra sound technician is the same she is unbelievable sweet and gentle and patient. I have found an OBGYN I can relieve on.
