This was my first visit with this provider after seeing the same dr for over 25 years. This provider has a great bedside manner. I felt immediately comfortable. She was on time knew my history and was very personable.
Walked in and started appointment with an attitude, towards the end when she saw my face she started to act polite. Too late, I'm definitely not returning.
I love her. She listens and doesn't rush but there is always room for Improvement.

When I told my provider I wanted to discuss some things her reply was, "what do ya wanna discuss." Full of attitude and disinterest as if I were wasting her time. As if to say, is that the only reason you're here?
