Our family loves Dr. McDonald and her staff. It is truly evident that all of them love animals and love what they do. I like the way they call to check up on your pet when he/she has been sick - more than once! When one of our pets died in a car accident, we received a sympathy card signed by all of the staff. That meant so much! We've been to a couple of multi vet practices, and prefer the individualized care and attention our pets receive at Madisonville Animal Hospital. We love our vet but the drive is far and my girls have high anxiety in the car. We decided to try Madisonville Small animal and I'm glad I did. The staff was very wonderful and the doctor was just as wonderful. I'm sure we will continue to bring our girls here.
My Te te is my life. They treat him the same way. They have cared for him (us) from the very start. I'm comforted trusting his care and boarding with these folks.
Our house flooded and our puppy was not allowed at the hotel. Ofcourse, we were devastated to be separated from our newest family member but I think Cutie Pie felt at home at Madisonville Animal Hospital. All of the staff are very caring and kind and took such great care of Cutie Pie for almost 3 months while our house was being renovated. It's good to be back home and have her with us again!
These are the kindest people. After having to put down my lifelong friend due to the fact that he was suffering from so many health issues, they went out of there way to be thoughtful and kind. I can't say enough about this group of professionals. No matter the issue, or your pet needs help in anything, take them to Madisonville vets who know what they are doing. I recommend them highly. I went their for about 13 years with excellent service. My chocolate lab loved going their and never gave any fuss. He enjoyed the staff and visiting other dogs and cats. Sadly at 15 years old His heart was failing one day and I called and they immediately took us in even though They were booked up. He was suffering and They compassionately helped me to put him down.
