Best place to eat in Jeff. Always stop in when I go back to visit my parents. The calamari with the raspberry salsa is easily one of the best things on the menu

Has been one of my favorites since 1982.....love Madison signature salad dressing....no other like it....delicious. ..

I have traveled all across the United States, and Madison's Cafe has excellent service. We had the Alfredo Fettuccine with shrimp, the sauce was so creamy and the flavor was spot on. It was the best I have had ever, anywhere. The owner, and chef personally introduced themselves. The server has excellent table side conversation. We would definitely recommend it to all our friends. If your ever in the area, do yourself a favor and indulge in Madison's Cafe.
