Had a small house salad which had a terrific dressing and fresh greens. The Caprese salad was unavailable as tomatoes were out of season according to our waitress. The club sandwich that followed was uninspired as the bacon seemed to come off a sheet of precooked bacon one buys at the grocery store. I’d recommend including mustard and mayonnaise as those are traditional toppings on a club sandwich. Oh, yeah, there was a thin slice of tomato on the sandwich. The bread pudding was delish.

In Jefferson City, Missouri - that usually begins late March/April. Your visit was a bit early - before those locally grown tomatoes were available.
