I scheduled an appointment with them three or more months ahead because they said they were booked up. I had a hard time finding a dentist that takes marketplace insurance. They told me they accept Dentatrust. On the day of my appointment they texted me saying they do not accept my insurance. What a waste of time! I would have just kept looking for a dentist if they told me the truth from the outset.
I just had the worst dental experience of my life at Madison Yards Family Dentistry. I arrived two minutes early to my appointment and went to check in only to tell me they canceled my appointment since I didn't reply to confirm via text or phone. The only issue was that they never even sent me a message. When taking in the appointment, they entered my phone number in wrong.
