Front office staff are incredibly rude. The doctors are fine. After going here for 15 years, I’m transferring to a different provider. They basically refuse to work with your schedule and expect you to bend over backwards to make it to whatever time and day slot they give you, and if you say you can’t accommodate, they get nasty about it.
