Not sure if the doctor was just having a bad day, but she had very poor bedside manner. I had asked for a pap exam sooner than the “suggested guidelines” (of 3-5 years) due to having a history of abnormal exams, so I am not sure if that is what was annoying her but she seemed cross and like I was wasting her time. Kept asking me what I was here for. At one point she left the room to take a call, leaving my medical chart open on the computer. I was looking for a different experience from my first pregnancy and chose Madison Women’s Health—and I’m so glad I did. Every person I encountered was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I truly felt well cared for and even looked forward to my appointments. I can’t thank them enough for making my second pregnancy such a positive experience. I absolutely loved the care I received here!
