we went to check out what they have to offer after atour with Aylissa we have chosen that when we move madison is the place for us very nice management land looks well taken care of

Worst place ever to live. All the lots are run down with over grown grass and holes through out them. Management only cares about rent being on time nothing else put a work order in for anything and they do nothing. Sitting water everywhere you walk Play ground is dangerous and sub par. Drugs every where you look and the neighbor's are loud and reckless, they drive in the neighborhood like it's a race track. The police never come in to the park unless it's to evict someone. DO NOT MOVE THERE! The people who work in the office don't know what the hell they are talking about 99% of the time. You'll get a different answer for the same question every time you ask. They don't handle complaints other than saying "I will pass the information along". Drugs deals going on, kids wandering around at all hours, lack of property maintenance, the list just goes on and on.

Casual Mistakes some of us make them – I have lived here for awhile not as long as some but long enough to know the Management is USELESS! They ALL LIE! It must be in their job discription cuz they all do it! When I mortgaged my home I was told there is a "buy back program" there is no such thing even the company I mortgaged the home through told me ARC will probable not buy the home back that they will wait for me to default on the home, then take it back though the courts & turn around & sell it to the next buyer for the s... read more

not a great place to live – I have been living here for several years and have seen many managers come and go. The more the rent goes up the more trailers pull out. There are alot of juvenile children who think they own the park. Service in the park is slow, if at all. In the winter they provide plowing but at there convienence. I would leave for work very early in the a.m. and when I get home later in the afternoon my driveway would still need to be plowed, but empty lots would have there parking lots plowed.
