We purchased a new 2026 manufactured home. Alyssa Lawrence helped walk us through the process step by step with all the documents. Pete helped with getting the documents we dropped off to Alyssa when she was busy and letting us know when we received our new trash cans. We are grateful for all their help. The location we picked is easy to navigate to the main road.
My husband and I moved here in 1982. When we moved from our other place, I dug up my snowball bush and lilac bush and planted them at our new home. They were beautiful. At any rate, we have been relatively happy here until 2/3 yrs. ago. There was an empty cul de sac across the corner from us.
