Been here for about 4 years now. Overall, I’ve haven’t had any issues so far. Maintenance does a good job of making sure everything is mowed and plowed. They even fixed my back step which I am very grateful for. The environment here and the people is concerning at times. But that’s to be expected while living in such a densely populated area. I am a renter for many years at Madison Village in NY. I have invested alot in my home (renter) and outside area. The maintenance workers are amazing and I do have to say Jimmy who has been here forever knows everyone, he has great respect for everyone, does a complete job on everything he does. Thank you Jimmy!
