I receive excellent customer service here! By far my favorite vet! My dogs like it too!
My family and I have been using Madison Veterinary Hospital for 28 years (3 dogs) and have always had a wonderful experience. They sincerely care about the animals and will do everything they can to make the experience a pleasant one. My current dog loves going and the day camp is a great way for her to socialize. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who thinks of their pet as a family member.
Prices for a Rx and exam much higher than another practice in Madison. When I called to discuss, I was "blown off" by saying :" Mam' different vets charge different prices". The Rx was more the DOUBLE the price at Pet Smart. I will be changing vets. And the worst part is my dog is still suffering with the same issue.
