Our German Shepherd has been struggling with ear issues for months. We had been to see three veterinarians, some of them multiple times to try to get some relief for our baby. All of them said the same thing— must be allergies. No tests were ever run, no treatment plan provided other than to give him vitamins. My poor Zeus’s ear has gotten so bad we were desperate. Stripes was a good companion for this 94-yr old. She was appx 15 yrs old and from complications of a couple of ailments, she lost her battle on July 16. I will miss her. 😿 However, I want to thank Dr. Micheal Head and his staff at Madison Veterinary Clinic for taking good care and showing the most sincere compassion to Stripes and me. I have had several furry companions (cats and dogs) over 30+years and have always taken them to Madison Veterinary Clinic. Never considered going anywhere else. 😻❤️
Everyone was so nice and our cat Lilly is not real stranger friendly but she was great when they picked her up. She stayed calm and so I know that they are excellent people. Animals know people so it said a lot to me about them. Will only being using them from now on.
Dr. Head and his wonderful staff always take exceptional care of my little guy. I can not thank them enough for all they do for him.
So glad we found MVC to take care of my pups! Dr. Head is a fantastic man who genuinely cares about his four legged patients. I can't imagine taking my pups anywhere else! Any given day I can call and say "hey it's Dana" and they know who I am and who I am calling about. We love MVC!!
I could not be more delighted that we found Dr. Head! Our dog is an anxious beagle mix, and the patience Dr. Head and staff had went above and beyond my expectations. They are really trying to build trust with my little girl, and I feel so comfortable knowing she will be in their care from now on. Special shoutout to B. at the front desk who settled MY nerves and kept me company in the waiting area! Thank you again Dr. Head for not giving up on my little lady and for taking such good care of her today!
I’ve been going to Dr. Head for 20 years . I love Madison Veterinary Clinic . And our dogs do also. They treat us like family and care about our babies. ❤️
