I was a good tenant never late on my rent never any problems but i can say I would never live at this place again i ran as soon as my lease was up but i have yet to receive my deposit yet which was about 1,500 high deposit for the type of nonsense i put up with for a year. When i say nonsense it’s mostly the area trash always on the street and in the hallways no pest control company was hired with the new management so with a building this old your going to eventually have to do your own pest control. Don't waste your money or time they have rats ants and roaches Mold is all in the bathroom There all ways a new person in the office and or no one will be at work for a days then when you do go it's a new face like huhh They all nasty and just out to get 1150 for a little box it's drugs deals going on cops all ways around My car was stolen My back door was kicked in they didn't fix it Just be aware Nexus is not the company you wanna go through STAY AWAY FROM MADDISON TERRENCE APARTMENTS HOPEWELL VA 23860
