We signed on for another year.
I put in an application back in June the application fee was 50.00 but you had to make a deposit of 200.00 dollars. My application was denied and I was told that I would be refunded the 200.00 dollars within 30 days. Not only have I not received my money back but they keep sending fake emails saying a check was mailed out. Which I have still not received. Do not apply here it’s a scam
New management is very professional and takes care of your needs. Lacaroll, one of the property managers, has helped me out so much through the application process. it was a long process but she stayed patient and helped me through it. Excellent service !
