This is the worst place to work with. They don't call you back and it takes months to get you scheduled. Your primary will tell you that the center will call to schedule your appointment. They don't and when you call back to try to schedule you get a voice mail. (even during working hours).
1/20/21 @ 12:30pm. Spoke with a Dr Fletcher, administrator of this facility I was told. He said he was aware of the complaint my daughter and I filed. He went on to say he had spoken with the hospital staff and was satisfied with the care we received. Glad my daughter's procedure went well. But, there would be no further actions taken on our behalf. Yesterday I had a procedure done at Madison surgery center. Mom and I were treated so poorly we both were sob ugly crying by the time the doctor got to me. I have complex migraines. And take a couple different perspiration’s for it I listed it in my registration, no biggie right? Along with sulfur and latex. They never called my husband to tell him what time to arrive for his procedure. He had to send a message through FaceBook to find out. Due to COVID you have to wait in the car for your loved one and they won’t call you to let you know the procedure has begun. You only get a call once it is done. Doesn’t seem like they really care about their patients.
