This is the worst place to work with. They don't call you back and it takes months to get you scheduled. Your primary will tell you that the center will call to schedule your appointment. They don't and when you call back to try to schedule you get a voice mail. (even during working hours).
1/20/21 @ 12:30pm. Spoke with a Dr Fletcher, administrator of this facility I was told. He said he was aware of the complaint my daughter and I filed. He went on to say he had spoken with the hospital staff and was satisfied with the care we received. Glad my daughter's procedure went well. But, there would be no further actions taken on our behalf. Yesterday I had a procedure done at Madison surgery center. Mom and I were treated so poorly we both were sob ugly crying by the time the doctor got to me. I have complex migraines. And take a couple different perspiration’s for it I listed it in my registration, no biggie right? Along with sulfur and latex.
