Way over rated ! Don't let the pictures fool you, apartments vary ! Cold air leaks through gaps in the windows and there is a huge 3+ inch gap under the front entry door where anyone can look underneath and see your feet walking around and cold air can pour in . Lighting throughout the apartment is poor at best with weak, low-wattage energy saving single lightbulb mounted on 10 foot ceilings per room.
