The ladies who work here are unprofessional. Use of profanity, hanging up on tenants face. Over all rude. Think they need to be trained on customer service.

The rent used to be really cheap but they decided to mark it up $200 within 1 months notice after Covid. We are young working professionals who paid our rent on time and to its complete amount religiously for 5 consecutive years even throughout the pandemic. The owner of these buildings is a slum lord so if you want anything fixed or addressed it will either go unanswered or delayed for several months. You will notice the secretary who collects payments change every 3 months because no one ever really stays.
