We had a very poor experience with this builder. Saw a home in central Phoenix and put in an offer. Someone else saw the home earlier in the day and also put in an offer. Christina Davis said the home was ours if we put in an offer higher than the other one. We named our price and they said “it’s yours” (and assured they weren’t going to do a bidding war) and they connected us with the builder’s lender.
