After living there for 4 ish years it has become uninhabitable. The first two years with the original owners was not bad. But once it got bought .There are buildings that have mushrooms and mold growing out of the walls, squatters in open vacant apartments, no grass being mowed, no heat for 2 years, water shut off recently, rodent infestation, sewage issues, water leak for over a year in the parking lot resulting in flooding.
