Horrible management. They always give you the run around and claim miscommunication and give you empty promises and apologies. Claim to be luxury apartments but are no where near. They take weeks to months to get any repairs or issues fixed and you literally have to constantly call everyday and hassle them to get things fixed or resolved. Do not move here! Stay away. A garbage can would be nicer than these apartments! I lived here for two years and took great care of the property and barely got any of my security deposit back. They just want your money and they sell to another property company every year. Office is slow and not helpful. Palmetto bugs everywhere, asbestos in the walls, mold in the bathroom and A/C unit, water is gross even after filtering. Run while you can- you've been warned.

I really wish I had did more research before I moved into this dump. Living here has been a nightmare from the very start.
We've lived here for a year and a half and have really enjoyed the price, location, and service from the front office. The response and helpfulness of the front office has been really encouraging and we love the renovated apartment styles. It's been a great first place in Charlotte!
I love living here. I've lived here for the past two years and I love all the upgrades. My apartment looks great! I work in the Southpark area which is very close. I will live here until I buy my home.
