Potential customers should be aware that this allegedly-Madison-based firm's stated practice of "partnering with local contractors" relies upon a completely decentralized, non-Madison-based, *national* referral system that relays customers' inquiry calls and service orders to outside shredding coordinators -- e.g. Shred Nations, Global Document Destruction, etc. -- who then route one's shredding projects to undisclosed contractors.
