We can not say enough about the staff at Madison Settlement Services in Westminster, MD. In fact, this review is way overdue as the number of times we have used their services… can we say almost a dozen?. I would give "no stars" if that was possible. I must say that your company is by far the very worst settlement company we’ve ever worked with. Nothing is organized and requested in a timely fashion and everything is “last minute.” Our property was sold by one of our businesses and it is very clear to me that the women at Madison don't have any understanding of how business transactions work.
