Avoid signing a lease here – Although the grounds seem to have improved since some of the other reviews here, the knowledgeability of the office staff has not. Their ignorance of the draconian policies that the Pinnacle Management group in charge of everything here has put in place has cost me hundreds of dollars. When I tried to point out the injustice of this they don't care at all and just start talking about the lease (which they took almost six months to get to me by the way).
NO Don't Even think about renting there! – I wish I didn't even have a rating for them because I think this is the best way to rate as a zero, and if there is any rating under zero, I would choose it! I lived there for over 2 years, and OMG! I wish I was able to move from the first two months. I would admit that there was a washer/dryer, that was the only good thing there. Poor management/maintenance/etc – I have lived here for almost one year but I will be moving out when my lease is up. Although the housing market and rent has gone down, Madison Sammamish is driving rent UP. WAY up. Between the $220/month rent increase and the $200+ in misc. fees I cannot afford to live here. But that's ok because I am not so fond of their management or maintenance either. The staff are nice but they do not follow through with anything. terrible managment – Though this is a nice apartment complex, big apartment, washer/dryer, and in a great area. They lack in other areas such as professionalism, cleanliness, maintenance of playgrounds, and customer service. We had our sliding glass door broken by the landscaper, 3 weeks ago... and we are STILL waiting on a fix. I have been the one to call and follow up with them, and each time it's the glass companies fault. Meanwhile we had to tape up the window. No one has come to check it or clean it or anything.
