Dr Faulkner has been our Vet for quite some time and we could not be more pleased with every single aspect of his services. Him and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! They treat you and your pet(s) like it’s their own and you are like family. That being said, we took our most recent addition a young cat named King to them because he had gotten attacked by another animal and was in a really awful state. There is not a single member of this entire office that has not impressed me. They have been nothing but sincere, caring, and completely dedicated to our babies every time we come in. They even ask about the ones we don’t have with us when we come for certain visits. We’ve tried many vets, and I’ve never been happier. My first encounter with Dr. Casey Faulkner was when, sadly, she had to euthanize one of my dogs. She was compassionate and communicated exactly what would happen. Recently she has been trying to help my lab who is limping. X-rays didn't show any kind of injury so she has treated her pain, trying several options. Dr. Faulkner has called me twice to follow up and spent a good amount of time with me on the phone. I couldn't ask for a more caring, competent vet.
We recently moved from an other area vet’s office to Madison-Ridgeland Animal Hospital. Dr. Faulkner and her staff helped guide us through a very difficult decision with an aging pet. I would recommend this office highly; good folks and non-punitive prices. Matt Trusty - Madison
