Madison Ridge apartment was our first home in Regina. The apartment besides being located in a beautiful area is also very well maintained by Centurion Property Associates. The leasing agent-Kaycee is a wonderful professional who makes the leasing process easy and smooth. Kaycee and her crew goes above and beyond to make the residents' stay comfortable. I have been living at Madison Ridge since June 2022. Nothing but good experiences. As others have said, they fix things promptly and do things that my friends who also live in apartments say are things their landlords would never do. For example, the thermostat was positioned in an odd location that was affecting proper heating and cooling in my suite. I noticed this and mentioned it and they moved it almost immediately to where it should have been placed originally by the builder. I doubt many places would do that and would... read more
