Madison Reed Hair Color Bar on the Upper East Side is wonderful. The staff is accommodating, professional and friendly, not to mention fabulous at what they do. Sasha did a "prime for perfection" procedure and was terrific! Thank you, Madison Reed & Sasha!

This location was so much worse than what i would have expected. I came in 10 min early- staff was not busy and were talking to each other. The front desk person checked me in and they ended up Starting the appointment 20 minutes after my time. Very unprofessional. The whole experience was not all what they advertise- there was literally nothing premium about this experience.
