I made a 2-hour appointment (as estimated when I was making appt online) for accent highlight, and roots. One hour before my appointment, they texted me to confirm my appointment. I texted back and informed them that I will be about 15 minutes late. I ended up 25 minutes late. When I got there, I was told my appointment was canceled because of being late. I had such a great experience getting my hair colored! The color came out beautiful, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. The service was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I left feeling happy and confident. Highly recommend!
Appointment @3pm ( Mon July/6) It’s been good before now all new staff . For a while not come there to do color now welcome back with new mean lady , not respect customer , make me not comfortable with her attitude and push customer have to seat at the spot she want while that never happen before .
