I was at Madison Reed Reston branch today @ 1230. I’m very upset and I am giving one star because of the result of the color I selected didn’t come out as medium brown but totally black! I HATE the color and didn’t understand as to why it came out this color! I looked at the samples they provided and my hair doesn’t look like that 6NN, it’s simply black color. Horrible customer service. 15 minutes late and they refused service to me. Even though their website had available appointments. I do not recommend Madison Reed in Reston

Great experience when getting the all over color and highlights, the process and blow dry. Dee was also great with her expertise. Will definitely be returning.
