I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. I scheduled my appointment for 1:30 PM, and at the time I booked it, it was the only appointment available that day. As I was driving to the salon, I encountered unexpected traffic, so I called ahead to let the salon know I would be running a few minutes late. I have the Limitless Pro+ membership and I love it so far! My stubborn grays always appear between 2 to 3 weeks between root touchups, and having this membership means I can come in as often as needed! Thank you MR!
I joined the Membership and I’m loving it so much. You set your own appointments, show up tell them what you want, no pressure to any upsells just you getting what you asked for. I’ve been a member since February 2026, and again love it all. Everyone is so nice great hospitality. Most of all I LOVE how my hair looks. I highly recommend it.
The color is good, however, the highlight job was really bad and embarrassing. It looks like large patches of color over the crown and one patch on each of the side. There's no connection between the crown and sides. I had to go back another day for a redo. Manger, Tawni did a great job correcting the problem. I would have given 5 stars if the job was done correctly the first time.
I love this place. The manager and the whole staff are amazing. I’ve been going there for about a year and a half. I’ve never had a bad experience.
