Have been a member since they opened the location in Rancho Cucamonga. All staff is great. My two colorist is Samantha and Eli they do a great job! Manager Tawnie is great! 😊
The employees are very kind. I originally went in to get my hair as light as possible but unfortunately someone called out and I wasn't able to be seen. Of course with this line of work, things happen and I totally understand. They rescheduled me right away. I'm of course a bit sad but I know that this happens sometimes.
