I first heard of Madison Reed in an ulta browse, but didn’t want to spend $30 on hair dye, because I hate the process and smell of dyes. But when I found out about their limitless pro membership I decided to bite the bullet and try it. Seta was my colorist and she gave me excellent instructions on what my hair would need. Service was great, however, my hair was fried and handfuls of hair broke off. It turned out brassy, ashy and drab. My scalp felt burny so I should have known. I normally color my hair myself every month and have never had an issue. They gave me product to remove the color, but I don’t dare put their product in my hair again in this life!
Good colorist and excellent stylist!!!!! Color and blow out were perfect!!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came into the salon with hair that was already lighter and more blonde, hoping to achieve a brighter, cooler blonde. Instead, I left with hair that looks much more orange/red and ginger than when I walked in, which was the complete opposite of what I asked for.
