Went in for the very first time for a root touch up, all was well until after the service. Stylist or assistant got color on the collar of my scrub top. I asked if she had anything to remove it and she said no, but try bleach…excuse me?! Bleach would totally discolor it and ruin the scrub top even more. She said she’d leave a note about it, apologized. However, no compensation offered. If you’re looking for the BEST colorist at this location, ask for Angel! He is the kindest person and his hands feel sooo good during the washing of your hair. I’ve been coming here for almost two years, there is inconsistency and it does get annoying. I mentioned that to Angel today and he stepped right up to make everything right for me today.
