Ritu was so good, love my new color and highlights!
Everything was really good until the person doing the final rinse chose to have a conversation speaker on her while rinsing out my hair with cold water. She then proceeded to remove the brushes from the blow out station and didn’t return with any replacements.
Jessica did an awesome job with my root touch up! 😃
