After a few poor experiences at the Oakbrook location, I came to the Deer Park location and LOVE my experience there. I’ve been consistently booked with Amanda — who is AWESOME! She made me feel so comfortable and was willing to listen to my concerns about color and offer solutions and guidance on how to fix. She is thorough and I always feel taken care of at Madison Reed with her!
Staff at Madison Reed are truly welcoming and very friendly. Always a good experience. Sofia and Alicia truly aim to please their clients. Always willing to go above and beyond. Sofia is very knowledgeable about the Madison Reed product line. A true asset to the Deer Park location.
Everyone I encountered upon my visit today was very friendly. Tara took care of me. This is a good place to go if you simply want to dye your hair (it was my first time). BUT- this is NOT the place for you if you want a cut and style, up do, etc, bc they offer no other services except dying hair. In other words, this is not a traditional salon.
