I love the Chula Vista owls. Everybody is always so polite and accommodating. I never have to wait and if I do on a rare occasion, they’ve been very attentive in a sense they acknowledge me and offer me something to drink while I wait. My hair always comes in great too.
This was my first time visiting this salon, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. When I checked in, I showed my stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair to look. My main priority was simply to cover my gray hair, and I only wanted to go slightly lighter. When she asked if I wanted highlights, I specifically told her no—I just wanted my gray covered.
