EDIT - I wanted to book with the same person I had previously, but that wasn’t possible. It also took some time to find a phone number. When you call, you first reach a bot that only wants to schedule an appointment. If you ask to speak with a person, you eventually get connected to someone, but they still can’t guarantee you’ll be booked with the provider you requested.
