First time here and my consult was about 3 minutes, I am happy with the color but it does not match the pictures I was shown, and it did not fully cover my grays. The whole experience felt very impersonal and certainly not worth the cost.
This hair bar is a straight up salon. I live out of town and have, by necessity, been using MR products on my own for years. On family vacation in NYC, I took time out to visit this site thinking I could get good advice on how to maximize use of the products. Walked in here, was interested in becoming a customer. I have been standing now here for over 10 minutes. Stylists looked at me in indifferent fashion. Nobody cares here. Never seen a potential customer being ignored this way
Kim, my colorist does the very best job in covering my gray with blonde highlights. She also has a great personality and I enjoy talking with her. My hair looks fabulous!
