Luis went SO FAR above and beyond his job description while finding me a rental unit in Queens. Not only did he connect me to property managers and landlords who understood and were willing to work with my unorthodox financial situation, he also did it on an INCREDIBLY condensed timeline to meet the demands of a new job I was set to start earlier this month, AND he found me a larger apartment with more amenities than the one I'd initially inquired about! WORST time with Luis Briones. Very disrespectful and only interested in CASH. Do not do business with an unprofessional SOB who only wants CASH and lies about the fees. Steer clear of this place, and don't be fooled by appearance.
