Absolutely horrible, tell your provider NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Billing nightmare, only pay with check
Instead of submitting my bill to insurance, they claim I didn't pay it and sent it to collections. This was after I already paid for the services. The BBB really needs to be contacted.
This place is a huge joke. They keeping sending me bills and saying that my insurance denied the claim. I've called my insurance to find out madison radiologist never sent them anything. I think they are sending bills out in hopes you just pay them.
Same billing issue as every single other review on here. How can a company y this incompetent stay in business?! Do yourself a favor and tell your medical provider to never send testing and imaging to them for review. Save yourself the headache! If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful and I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.
As long as there’s people in this world, there will be stupid people. Its unfortunate that most of them have decided to work for the Madison Radiology Billing Department. I’ve wasted so much time on phone calls correcting issues they’ve created. Today I’ve decided I was sending them a bill for the time I’ve spent correcting their mistakes.
