This seems to be a trend based on other reviews. I had an x-ray/ct-scan in December 21. Since then I hadn't received a statement or communication from Madison Radiologists. On December 7th 22 (almost exactly one year later) I received a COLLECTION notice for a $10.59 balance that I apparently hadn't paid to Madison Radiologists. I'd never received a phone call, voicemail, text, email, statement, absolutely zero communication let alone a bill since my x-rays. I had the exact same experience, I had an emergency room visit in January, I got bills which I promptly paid from the lab and the physicians but did not even know I would be receiving one from these people. No calls no bills just the bill collector who sent something in the mail yesterday July 23rd. I don't even know if this is legal but I'm going to report it to whatever agency I can find. I recommend everyone else also do the same thing. Starting with a BBB, and whoever their licensing agency is with a state of Wisconsin.
I feel that this business engages in behavior that is dishonest. I was never sent a bill by these guys. Suddenly, I receive a call from collections. I have filed a complaint to the BBB about them.
I never received a bill from them and not to mention even a phone call, instead it was sent to collections. I had a major surgery and everyone else was able to find me and get paid for services.
Despite having called three times to tell them my correct address, they again screwed it up and I did not get my bill. So instead of just calling me, like they did the last three times, they sent it to collections, which is affecting my credit rating now. If at any point in time they had recorded the CORRECT ADDRESS that they were provided, this would not have happened.
