I rented in a neighborhood they manage and the management firm is terrible. They do not communicate, access fines on dubious issues and are just really aggressive. If you want to enjoy your life, find another spot to live.

Dear BBB, To the best of my knowledge, there has been no interaction with "Kate Sea". I say this as we, Madison Property Management Solutions only works with the Owners of the properties in the Associations, not the tenants. The Association name is not listed in the review. If the "tenant" has become non-compliant and the property has received any fines or violations, they are addressed directly to the owner of the property.
