All I can say is Heatmaster received a great dealer with randy. I recently bought a C375 from him. Had it before the time time he said it’d be in, delivered it next day, walked me through everything, and even gave me his personal number in case I needed anything. A few weeks later had a minor issue and he dropped everything to come out and help me through it. He makes sure his service matches the quality of what he’s selling. A rare find these days.
I recently purchased a HeatMaster furnace from Randy and I had a great experience! I installed the furnace myself, but Randy was always helpful when I had questions and he was very fair on the price and easy to work with.
