It was a great experience and I had no problems. It’s a quiet community and Shelly helped out a lot throughout the whole time I was living there.
I would NOT recommend this place due to building code violations and the landlord’s failure to provide safe and habitable conditions. Our unit consistently had issues with roaches crawling out of the floor boards and infrastructure instability. Our widows did not close all the way and the locks were broken. We also had nails that would pop up from the carpet. The heating system had some electrical issues and caused a nauseating burning smell while turned on. I lived there for a year an half and thoroughly enjoyed it. The management and maintenance staff are the best, very attentive and caring. The apartments are well maintained, spacious, quiet and in a convenient location to schools, eating and shopping. They have washer/dryer connections and two pools. If you are looking for great accommodations at a good price, Madison Pointe cannot be beat
