I moved to Madison Pointe in 2021 and have lived there for three years. Generally, I enjoyed my time there. However, when moved out, they charged me a full-price carpet charge of $850, which does not make sense to me. The lifetime of a carpet is only 6 years and I have lived there for 3 years, so paying $850 is insane. Additionally, I am not allowed to talk with the manager in the company (the call always goes to the voice box and they never call back), which is really disappointing and annoying. :(
My boyfriend and I moved into Madison Pointe in July 2023 and loved our experience here! This is a great first apartment spot that is affordable and very quick with maintenance orders! A majority of the tenants are families so the complex is very quiet and clean. Shelly and Ashley are so sweet & care very much about their tenants and answering any questions. Lived here for 3 years and was well taken care of! Shelly and her team are quick to respond and communicate:) definitely a great home for students.
Horrible experience. Was told there was a unit available in june come to find out last minute it was the wrong unit. Didnt give any info to login. Had to call back multiple times and doesnt get back to you when they say. Not an equal opportunity friendly place either. Also just found out there were multiple shots fired around there. No thank you. You can keep that deposit.
