Madison Place is fantastic! Chris is a rockstar of a host, and it was great to meet him in person. The location of the AirBnB is perfect and the unit itself was very quiet and relaxing.
I loved this apartment. Historic building and amazing beds, well stocked and beautiful kitchen, stunning living room with beautiful windows. Our host was incredible, very communicative, amazing with directions for where to park and how to get into the apartment. I loved this place and will be staying here again next time I need a place to stay in Salt Lake City that is beautiful and affordable.
The owner was quick to respond when I had a question & full of local info. He also was making many improvements to the exterior to add to the ambiance. I will also say the master bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable, it was like you melted into it. In each room there is a separate mini split which is very convenient when multi family members have different body temps.
Chris is a wonderful host and is always available for any queries. Madison place is a very well done and managed property. Highly recommended!!
I had an amazing stay here. Check in was seamless, there is plenty of parking. Location is VERY walkable and safe, very close to restaurants and things to do. The apartment itself was to die for, SO CUTE. Everything was clean and it had all of the amenities I could possibly need. To top it off our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely consider this place for a stay!!!
