Lived here for just over a year and wouldn t do it again. The management is rude and disrespectful. There were multiple occasions when management would park so close to my vehicle making it impossible to open my vehicles driver door at least until they took 3 more parking spots for management only. Management also has 3 to 5 dogs that bark most of the day and the apartment complex claims to be no pets allowed , apparently this excludes the management and their friends. Odd... isnt it? All these years, and ZERO comments? ZERO? Its almost as if theyre being removed...isnt it? In essense, do yourself a favor: STAY OUT of one of the most poorly managed locations this side of Iran! Mgt doesnt care, owners care even less! PATHETIC!!!
WENT TO VIEW APARTMENTS; NEVER QUITE MADE IT THAT FAR. LANDLORDS GREEETING WAS "IF YOU GET ON MY BAD SIDE YOUR ASS IS OUT OF HERE". APPARENTLY THIS IS A SALARY BASED JOB FOR HER.

I was and still am VERY pleased with my stay at Monarch Apartments. I would still be there if it were not for my job. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful especially for families. It is located near several local schools including Albemarle HS. Neighbors are VERY friendly and helpful and always considerate as well.My apartment had all brand new appliances and ceramic tile flooring. We truly enjoyed our experience as residents of Monarch Apartments. Monarchs Owners, Managment and Maintenance are Honest, Helpful and Fair, and always went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with all aspects of our home. Monarch Apartments are clean, well kept, reasonably priced and conveniently located in Albemarle. The neighborhood is quiet, our neighbors were friendly and we always felt safe and secure.
