I have owned a townhouse here since 2004. It has always been an investment property. I have spoken to Mary Cisco many times. She is knowledgeable and clear about what is expected regarding maintaining the property. Mary will not be your best friend but is definitely the person who makes sure that things are done properly. For me this is what is most important. The Trails community is very sought after for a reason.
I have been a homeowner in The Trails for 37 years. I have had numerous interactions with both the Trails board, management, maintenance. They have always been professional and act in the best interest of the association. I have never encountered a rude exchange with management, maintenance, or the board. I have recently moved into these apartments. I couldn t be more pleased. My apartment is very clean and nice. My neighbors are very nice and friendly. This is a quiet and nice place to live. I feel very safe here. The grounds are well kept up. If I need anything fixed. The manager gets right on it. The location is great. This is my home and I just love it.
This is for sure the worst managed area in the entire country they dont know how to treat residents that have put them in their position and they think they are on top of the world, when all they are, are pretty much rent a cops. Mary is the worst person to talk to about anything no reasoning and Michael is pretty much her lackey which falsely represents himself as the president which he is not. The Trails Association sucks in Roselle, IL 60172. The office manager, Mary Cisco is always disrespactful to others. She is always in a bithchy mood. I hope she realizes it that we, homeowners pay her salary. Her salary comes out of the homeowners association. The whole team of boards are useless. They are all friends or relative of eachother. This place is not well-kept at all. The owner does not care much about maintenance and feels he can come into your apartment at any time without notification when you are not there. The carpet is dirty, he paints over holes in the wall without properly fixing them and takes an extremely long time to do routine maintenance. He had the nerve to come by my apartment when my son was visiting (and i wasn t home) and ask if he was staying there permenantly. How crude!
Lawsuit over what? Tell us what your problem is, stop rambling about Mary and Mike
Don t ask them to change anything on their standard rental management agreement - even if its to clarify an ambiguity. I don t know how they perform managing the property. We didn t get that far. The standard agreement was unacceptable as written.
Lived here for just over a year and wouldn t do it again. The management is rude and disrespectful. There were multiple occasions when management would park so close to my vehicle making it impossible to open my vehicles driver door at least until they took 3 more parking spots for management only. Management also has 3 to 5 dogs that bark most of the day and the apartment complex claims to be no pets allowed , apparently this excludes the management and their friends.
