We had to put our dog down on Monday. It was a sad day but everyone at Madison Pet was so caring and thoughtful. Today we received a sympathy card signed by them that brought tears to my eyes. The doctors and staff are great and truly care for your furry family members.
Dr. Bates is the best.
While Spotty was under from his surgery they clipped his nails and i didnt even ask them to!
Took my cat in after she had become ill, my family and I tried to explain it was due to "Bobcat fever" (we had caught it in its early stages), they began testing for every other illness except bobcat fever. Next day brought her back, same ordeal and then she was rushed to another office in Joplin to be treated but at that point she could not be treated (too much wasted time) and had to be euthanized. Our 14 year old dog was very sick. Dr Frank and his staff were so sweet. Dr Frank called me with updates on her condition while being hospitalized, twice a day which really helped ease our worries. When we picked her up they had put a cute bandanna on her. She knew she was looking good! Thanks everyone that helped with her care!!
