Horrendous. Poor management, terrible and incompetent maintenance team, inconsistent maintenance, improper overall upkeep, consistent issues with the gates and pool, cracks in the walls, leaks in the ceiling, and so, SO much more. Do not recommend.
Toured today with Amanda. She is absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait to call Madison Park home once she works her magic for us.

The place looked lovely when I was touring. I would've gotten lost, but luckily, Kody was there to explain everything in full detail. Because of him, I could see it being worth living there!
