Horrible. Infested with roaches, mice and bedbugs. No 24 hr maintenance, even tho the advertise it. One maintenance person for the whole property. Impossible to get anything fixed. Property management is condescending and rude. Foundations are bad, basements always leaking. No security. Gates have never worked. Many, many abandoned, uninhabitable units with busted windows and doors. Just don't.
