My wife and I have lived at Madison Park for the last 3 years. Van, the manager, is so wonderful and caring. She takes care of so many matters in a timely manner and respectful way. I appreciate her. The maintenance has been great and so responsive. They just replaced out dishwasher for free and fast. The lobby is beautiful and full of seasonal decorations! I've lived here for several years, had some issues here and there but maintenance has always responded and took care of the issues. I love the staff! Office staff is always helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond to help us older residents. This past couple of months has been hard during the holiday season but coming home to see the lobby decorated and the hot cocoa bar was just enough to put me in a great spirit. Thanks to all of you for making my home enjoyable. Jo
1. There are mice and roaches. We caught a few mice, and there were terrible nights we had to stop relaxing because of seeing or hearing a mouse in our apartment. They have pest control that comes to spray nonsense. 2. The carpets in the hallways smell and need to be replaced. 3. Fitness room is not the most inviting. 4. Maintenance does okay. 5. The big vent in the living room was filled with dust.
I was completely content until rodents began running around in my unit. I'm afraid of them and feel that not enough was done to nullify the issue, causing an inability to enjoy living there.
