This place is absolutely terrible there where literally roaches about a month prior to moving in. This place has the worst management I have ever had to deal with they don’t care about there Tenants and will blame you for things that you could not control. As of November 2023, there is still no property manager (the last one was present in Summer), meaning no complaints get addressed, ever! They have been charging me an extra $29 a month since August for not using their preferred renter’s insurance which is 3x the price of my policy and ignore all emails I’ve sent asking them politely to fix the situation. Honest review: There's no management on site. Work orders have months in wait time only to be dismissed later. With no one to get in touch with in town. Expect your rent to go up drastically after your first lease term. And the lease termination fee is literally +$4000. Yes.. +4k. On top of all that, garages are not included in the overpriced rent. IF you're able to get in touch with someone to get an apartment here, give yourself a pat on the shoulder for your hardwork and get a better apartment for the same rent somewhere ... read more
